Short Babies and church

Today was Sunday, which of course means I went to church. The 2 babies I talked about yesterday were there, so all 10 of my family members were in the crying room. It's the little room to the side where you take your crying baby so it doesn't echo through the huge church. The couple with their newborn baby were also in the room. They seemed happier as a couple and were no longer looking at the baby every 2 seconds.

The priest ended up ranting about The Apprentice and how Trump goes and points out all of the flaws with the people at doing the jobs, but doesn't say anything good about them or whatever. he hated how the show just devalues the people to only mindless workers and basically doesn't leave room for imagining these reality show participants complexly. He didn't word it like that but it was what I got out of it. I guess when you think about it, imagining complexly is a widespread idea that has existed long before John green or DFW but life is just funner when you relate things to things you like, and when you don't use the word "more" as much as you should.

Then I went home and there was my dad's cousin, and I stood in the garage talking to him. Then out of nowhere this family of 4 stopped by. A husband, a wife, and two daughters. The daughters seemed to not wanna be here at all. We didn't say a word to each other even though they seemed quite nice, but I am quite shy so I just ended up adding them on facebook so there's that. Their dad was friends with my parents in college or something and they hadn't seen each other in like 15 years, so my parents called the whole gang from 25 years ago together and they drank beer while I sat quietly playing with the grass and the 2 girls sat texting or something.

They left and I went and saw my friend lauren at shop n save, then i came home and went back out there. We were celebrating my brother's birthday and he wanted steak and steak is really expensive. So we had expensive steak, corn, and linguini salad. It was all really good, but there was so much left over. Me and my sister ended upo wrapping up a donut and putting it in with his clothes to be funny. it is like my thing during birthdays, to give fake presents to people in the open gift bags. Remotes, full wallets, silverware, and CD cases are among what I have used now.

Umm. Leave comments suggesting a topic for me tomorrow!!
